Greetings and Welcome to
Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®,
Phi Chi Omega Chapter
As we step into 2026 together, I am filled with gratitude and excitement for all that lies ahead for Phi Chi Omega Chapter. We began this year in the true spirit of sisterhood—with joy, fellowship, and appreciation. It was my honor to offer the celebratory brunch to kick start our year, along with small tokens of appreciation, as a reflection of my heartfelt thanks for each of you. Your commitment, excellence, and unwavering support are what make our chapter so special. Simply put, you are the very best of sisters.
As we move through the first months of this year, we are called to be both reflective and forward-thinking. This season brings important opportunities for growth and accountability as we prepare for our chapter evaluations. Let us approach this process with diligence, organization, and pride in the work we have accomplished together. Our preparation for chapter meetings, our active participation, and our collective presence at conferences all demonstrate our commitment to excellence and to the legacy of Alpha Kappa Alpha.
At the same time, there is so much to anticipate and celebrate. Our upcoming chapter anniversary will be a meaningful moment to honor our history, recognize our progress, and reaffirm our purpose. Alongside this milestone, our calendar is filled with impactful programs and activities that will continue to uplift our community and strengthen our bonds as sisters.
As we embrace this new year, I encourage each of you to remain engaged, inspired, and connected. Let us continue to support one another, show up with intention, and carry forward the spirit of service that defines us. When we work together with unity and purpose, there is nothing we cannot achieve.
Thank you for your dedication, your energy, and the love you bring to Phi Chi Omega. I look forward to all we will accomplish together in the months ahead.
With Sisterly Love,
Soror Sharon Smith Wooden, President
